Clients receive real-time access to manifests, daily site logs, executed change orders, and underlying engineering blueprints — no portals, no theater.

Techne was founded by builders, designers, and operators who spent the better part of two decades shipping seven-figure outdoor living projects across the Carolinas — and who got tired of watching homeowners and builders alike get burned by the fragmented contractor market.
We exist to enforce a single, defensible standard: the project you sign on day zero is the project you receive on day one hundred. The design is engineered. The mechanical room is audited. The construction is transparent.
Everything else — the directory, the platform, the SaaS — is infrastructure built in service of that single promise.
